Our first meeting with local area builders, contractors, appraisers and realtors was a success! A diverse group attended the meeting held March 9th at the Belvidere Township building and spent the morning discussing various industry issues. Topics discussed included the condition of the local real estate market, current construction methods, terminology and costs, as well as the group’s opinions regarding the forecast of real estate trends in our area. The meeting proved to be productive and educational not only for the invited guests, but for the township and county assessors as well.
