Freedom of Information (FOIA) Requests
All information within the assessment office is public record. To file a FOIA request click the link below and fill out the FOIA request form. Requests can be made in writing and either mailed or delivered in person to Kris Hall, Chief Deputy Residential Assessor, 8200 Fairgrounds Road, Belvidere, IL 61008.
When submitting a request please include: your name, address, phone number and email address. All requests being made should state if they are for commercial purposes.
