Tamara (Tami) Torrance, Chief Deputy Assessor, Residential
Tami is the Chief Deputy Assessor and has been with the Belvidere Township office for 22 years. Tami has been a Certified Illinois Assessment Officer (CIAO) since 1990. Tami is in charge of overseeing all residential assessments including vacant land; city and rural, new building construction and existing property additions and modifications. Other responsibilities include answering questions about assessments and preparing support data for presentation at the Board of Review hearings. Tami is a lifetime Boone County resident and enjoys working with all the residents of Belvidere Township. |

Kristina (Kris) Hall, Office Manager and Residential Deputy Assessor
Kris has been a Certified Illinois Assessment Officer (CIAO) for 15 years. She also manages the daily operations of the office. Kris provides great customer service and is a popular contact in the Belvidere Township Assessment office. She is always willing to take the time necessary to answer property owner’s questions and to provide them with the help they need to completely understand their assessments. In addition, Kris is part of the residential assessment team and is responsible for residential data entry and property valuations. She is frequently seen out in the field updating property records, photos, drawings and other information. |

Anita M. Taylor, Residential Deputy Assessor
Anita has worked as a Certified Appraiser and Consultant in the real estate industry for the past 15 years. Appraising residential, small income and mixed use properties for litigation, REO inventory analysis, estates, bankruptcy, lending and private interest. In addition Anita has a strong background in business, working 10+ years in management in the fields of banking, property management and distribution. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Quincy University and is a State of Illinois Certified Real Estate Appraiser. |

Mike St. Angel, Commercial & Industrial Deputy Assessor/Field Director
Mike has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 21 years. He has experience in property management and has worked independently as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser for the past ten years. Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rockford College and has completed many classroom hours of real estate courses on numerous industry topics. He is a member of the Illinois Coalition of Appraisal Professionals and is a Certified Illinois Assessment Officer (CIAO). |
